Who is looking after your home when your not in town?
Are all the doors and windows locked? Is there a water leak? Are the ants back? Has a tree limb damaged the roof?
When you are away from your home for extended periods of time, I check on it to make sure nothig has gone wrong.
My comprehensive inspection covers the exterior and interior of your home. Inspections can be customized to your specific needs.
I email a report after every visit and make you aware of any issues or concerns I find. If problems are found, I can help you decide on a remedy.
I am accredited by the National Home Watch Association. I am insured and bonded. Your home will be inspected and cared for in a professional manner.
There are no contracts. Use my services as much or as little as needed.

To become a member of the NHWA, home watch company owners are carefully screened. Each company goes through a vetting process – a background check is completed, proper insurance policies must be in place, and bonding and licenses are verified. Each year, the NHWA checks to make sure the home watch company continues to comply and meet their standards.
Each member of the NHWA has agreed to abide by the National Home Watch Association Code of Ethics and Mission Statement. Membership in the NHWA can be verified on my NHWA directory page or by contacting the NHWA.
The NHWA community of professionals has become a sounding board for advice and support for each other and continues to be the gold standard in the home watch industry.
